Everyday Case Management
A Practical Training for Case Managers
Training Description
Everyday Case Management (EDC):
Practical Training for Case Managers provides hands-on training about
activities that consume most of case managers' time each day: talking with
people; balancing health, safety, and choice; dealing with challenging
people; and managing documentation and paperwork.
Designed to be an
interactive and think on your feet event, EDC training supports case
managers to problem solve complex situations, engage in open
conversation about best practice case management, develop new skills to
enhance their approach to case management, and leave with real tools and
strategies for managing the everyday grind of clients, case plans, and
crisis.
TMG's EDC training promotes
best practice case management in an environment in which case managers
are viewed as the experts. Their knowledge and experience in the
field drive training discussion and activities; their ongoing mastery of
both the art and science of case management are the focal point of this
training.
