TMG offers its Managed Care Organization (MCOs) clients a set of services that help them to successfully design, develop, and implement publicly funded chronic care programs. TMG also offers services to help operate their various lines of public and commercial business in compliance with various state and federal regulations and requirements.

TMG's services focus in the following three areas:

• Regulatory Support Services

TMG provides customized packages of compliance and regulatory services for managed care organizations. TMG specializes in assisting health plans to evaluate their current compliance status and identify areas within the organization that will be affected by changes in Wisconsin law. These services are designed to provide comprehensive support and overall coordination for compliance and regulatory activities, or can be customized to augment an organization's current compliance operations.

• Planning and Development of Delivery Services

TMG works with managed care organizations (MCOs) in two key areas: providing comprehensive, tailored support for regulatory and compliance activities and, a full-array of services to support MCOs and other government and community organizations in the planning and development of programs to serve Medicare and Medicaid populations, including fully integrated models.

• Innovative Delivery System Development

TMG works with community service, health-care, and long-term care organizations and delivery systems serving people with complex care needs to develop and implement innovative approaches to coordinating and integrating care.
