TMG works with managed care organizations (MCOs) in two key areas: comprehensive, tailored support for regulatory and compliance activities and, a full-array of services to support MCOs and other government and community organizations in the planning and development of programs to serve Medicare and Medicaid populations, including fully integrated models.

• Feasibility Studies

  TMG prepares comprehensive feasibility studies to support MCOs and other organizations in the study of programs to serve Medicare and/or Medicaid populations. TMG provides a current "snapshot" of the community identifying the critical elements needed to make informed decisions about the planning and implementation of comprehensive service programs to targeted populations.

• Regulatory Requirements

  TMG provides review and analysis of all regulatory requirements involved in serving government payer populations. This analysis presents a complete breakdown of all necessary government contractual, reporting, service-delivery and administrative requirements, clearly identifying the MCO's responsibilities and timelines. TMG can assist organizations in an assessment of their current infrastructure and capacity, and provide a full range of support services to make certain organizations meet all requirements in a timely way.

• Planning and Implementation

  TMG works with organizations to develop processes, strategies, and tools to support the planning and implementation of programs to serve governmental payer populations, including capitated, fully integrated care models. These services include organization, facilitation and preparation of all necessary support services.
