Working with North Central Health Care (NCHC), a county provider of developmental disabilities services, TMG conducts information-based analysis and develops approaches for management systems improvement. This project with strengthen NCHC's ability to make budget projections, manage program resources, support case managers, and provide quality services to clients. The project focuses on case management systems, contracting, resource development and information system development.

In collaboration with The MEDSTAT Group, Inc (MEDSTAT) and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), TMG developed recommendations for the design and implementation of a national technical assistance program for CMS regional offices and state agencies administering MA waivers serving the elderly and people with physical disabilities (E/D). Project objectives include providing free assistance and consultation to support quality assurance, oversight, and improvement in the E/D waivers. Project recommendations include the provision of state and issue-specific Quality Projects and Technical Support, the development of Quality Exchanges and QI Networks, and a focus on Quality Education and Capacity Building, as well as Quality System Design and Development.
